ORDER

David Rice appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Lafayette County, Missouri, following a jury trial in which the jury found him guilty of one count of harassment in the second degree. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
