Stephen CONNELLY, Appellant, v. DIRECTOR OF REVENUE, Respondent.
ORDER
Stephen Connelly appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Clay County, Missouri (“trial court”), upholding the Director of Revenue's (“Director”) suspension of his driving privileges. On appeal, Connelly alleges the trial court erred in ruling that the law enforcement officer who arrested him had reasonable grounds to believe that he was intoxicated at the time of his arrest. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. Rule 84.16(b).
