STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Numen SERVIN, Appellant.
Order
Numen Servin appeals, following a bench trial, his convictions of four counts of first-degree statutory sodomy, § 566.062,1 for which he was sentenced to consecutive terms of ten years’ imprisonment on each count, for an aggregate sentence of forty years’ imprisonment. Servin raises a single claim on appeal; he argues that the trial court plainly erred in admitting Victim's out-of-court statements to Friend under § 491.075 because the statements lacked sufficient indicia of reliability. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
