Thomas ISEMAN, Appellant, v. MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS and Colonel Eric Olson, Sued in His Official Capacity as the Superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Respondents.
ORDER
Thomas Iseman, Jr. appeals the judgment of the Cole County Circuit Court. Iseman filed a petition seeking a declaratory judgment regarding whether he had to register as a sex offender under Missouri's Sex Offender Registration Act. The trial court granted summary judgment against Iseman, ordering him to register as a sex offender in Missouri. In two points on appeal, Iseman claims the trial court erred because the facts underlying his criminal convictions were not sexual in nature. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
