Genesis Plumbing Enterprises, LLC appeals a judgment from the Jackson County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of the City of Kansas City, Missouri – KC Water and Wes Minder on Genesis Plumbing Enterprises, LLC's three count petition for judicial review and for breach of contract and good faith and fair dealing claims. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
