O'Dells Discount Store, LLC, appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cass County, Missouri, rejecting its counterclaim against JJ Steel Properties, LLC, for forcible entry and detainer following a bench trial. We have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum of law explaining the reasons for our decision, because a published opinion would have no jurisprudential purpose. AFFIRMED.
