Derek Merrill appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, affirming the decision by the Board of Police Commissioners of Kansas City, Missouri, and the Police Retirement System of Kansas City, Missouri, to retire Merrill with non-duty-related disability. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the circuit court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
