In the INTEREST OF: E.D.A., and B.M.A., Juveniles, Juvenile Officer, Respondent, v. K.H., f/k/a, K.A.C-A., Appellant.
Order
K.H. (Mother) appeals from the judgments terminating her parental rights to E.D.A. and B.M.A. (collectively, Children).1 Mother raises one point on appeal. She argues that the trial court erred by terminating her parental rights under §§ 211.447.5(1)-(3), (5)(a)-(b)2 for failing to rectify conditions of a potentially harmful nature because the court's conclusion that Children's Division made diligent and repeated efforts to assist Mother in rectifying those conditions was not supported by substantial evidence. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
FOOTNOTES
1. The trial court issued two separate but nearly identical judgments, one for each Child.
2. All statutory references are to the Revised Statutes of Missouri (Cum. Supp. 2023).
