Michael BOSTON, Appellant, v. MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, Respondent.
ORDER
Michael Boston pleaded guilty in 2007 to one count of second-degree murder and one count of armed criminal action, and was sentenced to serve consecutive life sentences. In 2021, Boston filed a petition for declaratory judgment against the Missouri Department of Corrections, alleging the Department incorrectly calculated his parole eligibility date in violation of Missouri statutory and regulatory law, as well as the Missouri and United States constitutions. The Department filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings, the Circuit Court of Cole County granted the motion, and Boston appeals. We affirm. Because we have previously addressed all of Boston's arguments in Dunn v. Missouri Department of Corrections, 645 S.W.3d 565 (Mo. App. W.D. 2022), a published opinion would have no precedential value. We have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties that sets forth the reasons for this order. See Rule 84.16(b).
