STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Martel HARRISON, Appellant.
Order
Martel Harrison appeals, following a jury trial, his conviction, pursuant to § 565.020.1, for first-degree murder.1 Harrison raises one point on appeal: that the circuit court erred in overruling his motion for judgment of acquittal on grounds of insufficient evidence by which any rational juror could find beyond a reasonable doubt that Harrison deliberated before shooting the decedent. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
