STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Bobby DAWSON, Appellant.
ORDER
Bobby Dawson appeals his convictions, following a jury trial, for first-degree murder and armed criminal action. In two points on appeal, he contends that (1) the trial court abused its discretion in failing to exclude ballistics opinion testimony after the State disclosed the expert's report on the first day of trial, and (2) insufficient evidence was presented of deliberation. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
