ORDER

ITR, LLC d/b/a All City Tow Service appeals the judgment of the Cass County Circuit Court granting the City of Belton's cross-motion for summary judgment and denying ITR, LLC's motion for summary judgment. In four points on appeal, ITR, LLC claims that the City of Belton failed to attach required documents to its motion, that the City of Belton breached the exclusive contract between the parties, and that the City of Belton breached the covenant of good faith and fair dealing. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
