Bobby D. BISHOP, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Bobby Bishop appeals the judgment of the Cole County Circuit Court denying his Rule 29.15 motion after an evidentiary hearing. In his first point on appeal, Bishop argues his trial counsel was ineffective by failing to timely request a verdict clarification which would have revealed that the jury had not reached a unanimous verdict. In his second point on appeal, Bishop argues he was forced to choose between his constitutional right to a speedy trial and his constitutional right to effective assistance of counsel. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
