Heather BRINKOETTER, Appellant, v. DIRECTOR OF REVENUE, Respondent.
ORDER
Heather Brinkoetter appeals from the trial court's judgment sustaining the Director of Revenue's revocation of her driving privileges for refusing to submit to a chemical test of her breath. Brinkoetter raises one Point on Appeal, asserting the trial court erred in affirming the revocation because the Director failed to sustain its burden to prove that the arresting officer had reasonable grounds to believe that Brinkoetter was intoxicated. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
