Claudette C. ROWLAND, Respondent, v. Barbara ROWLAND, Appellant.
Order
Barbara Rowland (Daughter-in-law) appeals from the judgment awarding Claudette Rowland (Grandmother) visitation rights to Daughter-in-law's five minor children from her marriage to Grandmother's now-deceased son (Son). In one point on appeal, Daughter-in-law argues that (1) the trial court erred in granting visitation to Grandmother because visitation was unreasonable and not in the grandchildren's best interest under § 452.402,1 and (2) because child abuse and neglect were alleged, the court failed, under § 452.423.2, to appoint a guardian ad litem (GAL) and request a home study. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
