STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Zachary James GLENN, Appellant.
ORDER
Zachary James Glenn appeals from the trial court's judgment convicting him of two counts of the class E felony of fraudulent use of a credit/debit device, in violation of section 570.130. Glenn argues that the trial court erred in overruling his objection to the State's peremptory strike of a venireperson because Glenn alleges the strike was racially motivated and, thus, violated his rights to equal protection under the law. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
