MICHAEL L. GIBBONS, Appellant, v. STATE OF MISSOURI, Respondent.
ORDER
Michael Gibbons (“Gibbons”) appeals the denial of his amended Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. He argues that the motion court erred in denying claim 8(b) of his amended motion because he received ineffective assistance of counsel regarding whether to testify at trial. The judgment is affirmed. A published opinion would have no precedential value. A memorandum explaining this Court's decision has been provided to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
