ORDER

Michael Bostwick (“Bostwick”) appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County that awarded Heather Pickett (“Pickett”) a portion of her attorney's fees on appeal following Bostwick's appeal from a prior modification judgment. Bostwick raises two points on appeal arguing that the trial court abused its discretion in awarding attorney's fees to Pickett. In his first point, Bostwick argues that Pickett failed to provide updated evidence of her income and financial resources and that Bostwick was prevented from providing updated evidence of his financial resources. In his second point, Bostwick argues that the trial court refused to consider evidence outside of the parties’ financial circumstances. A published opinion would have no precedential value. A memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
