STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Christopher Lee MEJIA, Appellant.
ORDER
Christopher Lee Mejia appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Platte County, Missouri (“trial court”), convicting him, after a jury trial, of one count of stealing and one count of armed criminal action. On appeal, Mejia claims that the trial court abused its discretion by sustaining the State's objection to a portion of Mejia's trial counsel's closing argument because Mejia had the right to argue his theory of defense during closing. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. Rule 30.25(b).
