Terrance Leron BLANKS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Terrance Blanks appeals from the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. Blanks sought to vacate his convictions for murder in the second degree and armed criminal action. He raises four points on appeal contending that the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion because trial counsel was ineffective in failing to cross-examine an eyewitness with a prior inconsistent statement, in failing to impeach the eyewitness with her criminal convictions, and in failing to use surveillance footage showing the victim pulling a gun from his pocket and concealing it with a rag after he exited the store and because appellate counsel was ineffective in failing to file a motion to remand based on newly discovered evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
