Mark D. HUGHES, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Mark Hughes appeals the judgment of the Lafayette County Circuit Court denying his Rule 29.15 motion. Hughes claimed he received ineffective assistance of counsel when he was convicted of two counts of child molestation and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, resulting in an aggregate sentence of sixty years. In one point on appeal, Hughes claims that his defense counsel failed to act as a reasonably competent attorney by failing to present expert testimony that gonorrhea can be spread through non-sexual contact. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
