STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. John Brien-Cruelle HODGES, Appellant.
ORDER
John Hodges appeals his convictions, following a jury trial, of rape in the second degree, sodomy in the second degree, domestic assault in the second degree, and resisting arrest. In three points on appeal, he contends that the trial court plainly erred in allowing the prosecutor to make improper statements during closing arguments. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
