W.J.J., Appellant, v. K.R.R., Respondent.
ORDER
This is a paternity action. Following a bench trial, the Circuit Court of Jackson County awarded sole physical and legal custody of the parties’ three minor children to K.R.R. (“Mother”), and ordered that W.J.J. (“Father”) would have only supervised visitation with the children. The court also affirmed the determination by the Family Support Division of the Department of Social Services, that Father should pay Mother $2,226.00 per month in child support. Father appeals. He contends that child support was calculated incorrectly; that the circuit court erred in awarding Mother sole physical and legal custody of the children; and that new evidence justifies a new trial. We affirm. We also grant Mother's motion under Rule 84.19 for sanctions for a frivolous appeal, and remand to the circuit court for determination of the reasonable amount of Mother's appellate attorney's fees and expenses to be awarded as a sanction. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
