Tarique D. SHELTON, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Tarique Shelton appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Callaway County denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. He contends that the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion because plea counsel was ineffective in failing to recognize and explain to him the implications of the victim's deposition on his trial defense and that he would not have pleaded guilty and would have proceeded to trial but for counsel's unclear explanation. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
