CITY OF KANSAS CITY, Respondent, v. Christopher A. VANHORN, Appellant.
ORDER
Christopher A. VanHorn appeals from the trial court's judgment finding him guilty of trespass in violation of a City of Kansas City ordinance following a jury trial. VanHorn asserts that the trial court erred: (1) in denying his motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction because the crime took place on property owned by the federal government; (2) in finding VanHorn guilty of trespass because the evidence was insufficient to establish that VanHorn was given a lawful order to leave; (3) in denying his motion to dismiss for failure to establish that officers had probable cause to arrest VanHorn; and (4) in allowing Kansas City to present witness testimony that the property was private and to state the same during closing argument. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
