Brandon B. HOWELL, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Brandon B. Howell appeals the denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. He contends the circuit court clearly erred in finding Howell's appellate counsel was not constitutionally ineffective by failing to raise on direct appeal that the circuit court erred in overruling Howell's objection to duplicative, irrelevant, and highly prejudicial autopsy and hospital photographs. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
