Cody S. MARSH, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Cody Marsh appeals the denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. He contends the circuit court clearly erred in, 1) finding Marsh's trial counsel was not constitutionally ineffective in failing to object to the jury having unrestricted access to Victim's CPC interview, and 2) finding Marsh's appellate counsel was not constitutionally ineffective in raising a deficient and frivolous sufficiency claim. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
