CONAGRA FOODS INC v. FANINA (2024)

ORDER

Conagra Foods, Inc., appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission finding that Conagra's deceased employee, Vera Fanina, was entitled to workers’ compensation benefits and awarding those benefits to Fanina's daughter, Natalya Davidyuk. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the Commission's decision. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reason for our decision, because a published opinion would have no precedential value.

AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b).
