STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Leonard D. HATFIELD, Appellant.
ORDER
Leonard Hatfield appeals from the trial court's judgment convicting him of second-degree child molestation and first-degree child endangerment. On appeal, Hatfield argues that the trial court plainly erred in punishing him for both offenses because such violates Section 556.041(3), which prohibits cumulative punishments. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum that sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
