Danzel A. REESE, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Danzel A. Reese appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri (“motion court”), denying, after an evidentiary hearing, Reese's motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 29.15. On appeal, Reese claims that the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion because he established that his trial counsel was constitutionally ineffective in that he failed to effectively cross-examine the State's main witness with prior inconsistent statements, and, with a more effective cross-examination, there is a reasonable probability that the jury would have found Reese not guilty of the offenses with which he was charged. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
