STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Gilbert Leon SILVEY, Jr., Appellant.
ORDER
Gilbert Silvey, Jr. appeals his convictions of first-degree statutory rape, two counts of first-degree statutory sodomy, second-degree statutory rape, two counts of second-degree statutory sodomy, and six counts of incest. In his sole point on appeal, he contends that the trial court abused its discretion in admitting the testimony of a propensity witness. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
