STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Clint William WALKER, Appellant.
ORDER
Clint Walker appeals his conviction entered by the Circuit Court of Morgan County for failing to register as a sex offender. He raises two points on appeal. His first point challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction, and his second point alleges the trial court plainly erred by failing “to issue a curative instruction to correct the prosecutor's misstatements of law during the State's closing argument[.]” Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
