ORDER

Bobby Brown appeals from the trial court's judgment finding him to be a sexually violent predator and committing him to the custody of the Missouri Department of Mental Health. Brown asserts that the State failed to present sufficient evidence that Brown presently suffered from a mental abnormality at the time of trial. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
