ORDER

James P. Dodd appeals from the motion court's judgment denying his amended motion for post-conviction relief. Dodd argues on appeal that the trial court clearly erred in denying his claim that trial counsel was ineffective in failing to move to sever the counts related to the first victim from the counts related to the second victim. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
