Derrick HAYES, Appellant, v. Daniel CLAYTON, Respondent.
ORDER
Derrick Hayes appeals from the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Daniel Clayton. Hayes claims that the entry of summary judgment was inappropriate because genuine issues of material fact remained in dispute regarding the deprivation of Hayes's constitutional rights and the applicability of qualified immunity. Hayes also argues that the trial court abused its discretion in denying his motion to reopen the judgment. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
