GEM3 REALTY, LLC, Appellant, v. CITY OF GLADSTONE, Missouri, and Cesar Jurado, Respondents.
ORDER
GEM3 Realty, LLC appeals following a judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Clay County affirming a decision by the City of Gladstone designating a building owned by GEM3 as a dangerous building and public nuisance, and ordering it demolished. GEM3 raises three points on appeal. In Points I and II, GEM3 asserts that “the record contained no evidence indicating that the City considered whether the building could be repaired or vacated and repaired as required by [o]rdinance” thereby rendering the order to demolish the structure arbitrary, capricious, and unreasonable, unauthorized by law, and not supported by competent and substantial evidence. In Point III, GEM3 argues that the decision failed to set forth sufficient factual findings to permit judicial review. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
