STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Brandon Curtis HARRIS, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a jury trial, Brandon Harris was convicted in the Circuit Court of Boone County of felony animal abuse in violation of § 578.012, RSMo. Harris appeals. He argues that the circuit court erroneously limited his voir dire examination of prospective jurors, and erroneously overruled his objections to the State's cross-examination of Harris. We affirm. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
