Justin LEWIS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
Order
Justin Lewis was convicted and sentenced on charges of second-degree murder, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon. He appeals from the denial of his amended Rule 29.15 motion, after an evidentiary hearing. Lewis's post-conviction motion raised multiple claims, only one of which is at issue in this appeal: that the motion court erred in finding that trial counsel was not ineffective and that Lewis was not prejudiced by trial counsel's failure to make a hearsay objection to certain testimony given by a police officer at trial. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
