Zachary A. SMITH, Appellant, v. JACKSON COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE, Respondent.
ORDER
Zachary Smith appeals from the trial court's judgment dismissing his petition for declaratory judgment for failure to state a claim. On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in granting the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office's (the “Prosecutor”) motion to dismiss because the Prosecutor had a constitutional and ethical duty to correct his wrongful conviction. Finding no error, we affirm. A published opinion would have no precedential value. We have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum that sets for the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
