Angela WALKER, Appellant, v. MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, et al., Respondents.
Order
Angela Walker, who appears pro se, appeals from the judgment dismissing, with prejudice, her claims against Missouri Vocational Enterprises and the Missouri Department of Corrections (collectively, DOC). Walker raises five points on appeal. She argues the motion court erred in dismissing her claims because (1) the doctrine of res judicata does not apply to her claims for discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge; (2) her claims for unlawful discriminatory practices, unlawful business practices, and retaliation were not barred by the applicable statutes of limitations; (3) her petition properly stated a claim for libel; (4) her fraud claim was properly pleaded; and (5) her claim for discrimination was not time barred. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
