IN RE: Susan MCCOMBS; Laura and Craig Sandahl, Respondents, v. Michele EDMISTON, Appellant.
ORDER
Michele Edmiston appeals the judgment of the probate division of the Circuit Court of Platte County appointing Laura Sandahl and Craig Sandahl co-guardians and co-conservators over Susan McCombs and her estate, and finding Wexford Place to be the least restrictive environment for McCombs, thus rejecting Edmiston's competing petition to be appointed guardian and conservator, authorized to care for McCombs in Edmiston's home. Edmiston argues on appeal that the trial court erred by finding Wexford Place to be the least restrictive environment for McCombs because, pursuant to section 475.075.12, Edmiston's home would have provided the less restrictive environment for McCombs. We affirm the trial court's judgment. Rule 84.16(b).
