ORDER

Avery Cardwell appeals the judgment of the Cass County Circuit Court denying his Rule 24.035 amended motion for post-conviction relief. He argues in his sole point on appeal that the motion court erred in finding that his guilty plea was entered knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
