Earnest LANGSTON, Appellant, v. MISSOURI BOARD OF PROBATION AND PAROLE, Respondent.
ORDER
Earnest Langston appeals from the trial court's judgment granting summary judgment in favor of the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole (the “Board”) on his petition for declaratory judgment. On appeal, Langston argues summary judgment in the Board's favor was erroneous. Finding no error, we affirm. A published opinion would have no precedential value. We have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum that sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
