ORDER

Sydney Jones appeals the denial of her Rule 29.15 motion after she was convicted of child abuse resulting in the death of her six-month-old son. She contends the motion court erred in denying, after an evidentiary hearing, her claims that counsel was ineffective for failing to pursue a diminished capacity defense. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the post-conviction judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision, because a published opinion would have no precedential value.

AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b).
