Dion M. CLARK, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Dion Clark appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief alleging ineffective assistance of counsel due to his trial counsel's failure to object to the admission of evidence of drugs found in a vehicle he did not own but in which he was riding at the time Victim was shot, and due to counsel's failure to impeach Victim with prior inconsistent statements about whether the vehicle door was open or closed when Victim was shot. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
