Valen Marie BURNS, Respondent, v. Daniel Paul BURNS, Appellant.
ORDER
Daniel Paul Burns appeals the Randolph County Circuit Court's second amended judgment and decree of dissolution and argues the trial court abused its discretion in its marital property allocation. We find the trial court did not abuse its discretion and affirm the trial court's second amended dissolution judgment. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
