ORDER

Stephen J. Wells appeals the Boone County Circuit Court's judgments, herein consolidated, appealing his convictions of misdemeanor third-degree kidnapping under section 565.130, of fourth-degree domestic assault under section 565.076 (case 22BA-CR01086), and one of two class A misdemeanor violations of an order of protection under section 455.010 (case 23BA-CR01374). For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgments of the trial court are affirmed in accordance with Rule 30.25(b).
