STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Quentin Daniel GRIDER, Appellant.
ORDER
Quentin Daniel Grider appeals from the trial court's judgment convicting him of the class D felony of second-degree burglary in violation of section 569.170. Grider argues that the trial court erred in overruling his motion for judgment of acquittal because the evidence was insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in Victim's home. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
