STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Jaciel MENDEZ-MORALES, Appellant.
ORDER
Jaciel Mendez-Morales appeals his convictions, following a jury trial, of two counts of rape in the first degree, two counts of sodomy in the first degree, and two counts of kidnapping in the first degree. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
