Brendan LAMBERT, Respondent, v. PRESTIGE SERVICE, LLC, Respondent; Kelvin Thurman, Appellant; SS Capital, LLC, Respondent; Shahzad Ghafoor, Respondent.
ORDER
Kelvin Thurman appeals the circuit court's denial of Thurman's Rule 74.06 motion (which requested he be relieved from the court's February 25, 2022, Amended Judgment), arguing the court clearly erred in denying the motion because the “primary defendants” in the case were dismissed, which Thurman contends resulted in the case against him being void. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
